The controller of the data collected through this site is Rosa Academy, based at Via Crispi 73, 74023 Grottaglie (TA). For any request concerning your data, write to [email protected].

We collect only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, the programme you are interested in and the text of your message.

This site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address in order to deliver them.

We use your data for one purpose only: to reply to you and follow up on the request you sent. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box before sending, and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Messages sent through the form arrive in our mailbox and stay there. The site has no database and keeps no copy of the requests. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you enrol in a programme, for the duration of the relationship and the retention periods required by law.

Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed by the technical providers that let us run the site and our email, appointed as data processors: the hosting and content delivery provider, and the email service provider.

At any time you may ask us to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you may withdraw the consent you gave. Simply write to [email protected]. If you believe the processing infringes Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

The photographs published on this site show participants in our workshops and are used on the basis of the releases we collected, given by the people portrayed or by those holding parental responsibility. If you appear in one of these images and would like it removed, write to us: we will do so without asking for a reason.
